1. Operator and scope
GMZ Mail Sync is a private email synchronization utility operated for two authorized users. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].
2. Data accessed and purpose
The application uses authorized Gmail API access to process emails, sender/recipient information, message metadata, attachments where present, and Gmail labels only as needed to synchronize designated work-related messages with a corporate email mailbox. It delivers corporate incoming messages to the authorized Gmail accounts; it identifies work messages sent from the designated corporate sender address, transfers them to the corporate mailbox, and applies the Gmail labels “GMZ входящие” and “GMZ отправленные”.
3. Storage and retention
Messages are retained in the corporate email system and destination Gmail accounts, subject to their respective retention settings. GMZ Mail Sync is not intended to create a separate long-term archive of message contents. During synchronization, information may be processed in memory or temporary technical buffers. Technical logs, queues and token storage practices are subject to operational verification and this notice will be updated when confirmed.
4. Sharing and third parties
Work messages are transferred only between the designated corporate mailbox and the two authorized Gmail accounts as part of the requested synchronization. GMZ Mail Sync does not sell Gmail data, use it for advertising, or independently send message contents to AI providers. Separate third-party tools individually connected by users to their Gmail accounts are not operated by GMZ Mail Sync.
5. Security and limited use
Access is restricted to authorized accounts and is used solely for the email synchronization features described here. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Technical safeguards and access permissions are reviewed as part of operating the service.
6. Access, withdrawal and deletion
Users can revoke the application's Google account access in their Google Account connections. To request suspension of synchronization or deletion of any app-controlled data, contact [email protected]. Revoking access does not automatically delete copies already delivered to Gmail or the corporate mailbox; those are managed in their respective mail systems.
7. Changes
This notice may be updated to reflect verified technical behavior. The effective version will always be published at this URL.
